Otis is a 12 year old retriever mix that is a 70# cuddly lap dog; a kind soul that gets along with everybody. Even though he is blind, he's able to quickly adapt to his environment. Otis is calm and quiet with no barking in his foster home! Even though he wants all the pets, he doesn't need constant attention.
