Mr. Beethoven was born with neurological issues. He can see shadows out of one eye but is completely blind in the other. He is also deaf but that doesn't stop him. Being that he was born with these challenges he has adapted to them quite well. He is super sweet once he gets to know you. He does have to stay on a routine and his things need to be kept in the same place for him to feel most comfortable. He definitely would need a fenced in back yard and his own designated area. Someone who stays home would be the best for him since he does need a bit more care then an average dog. click photos below for bigger pics
